I really love Ezio's hair style in Revelations so I played again and again without hood.
How to take off Ezio's hood?
1. Load Memory Sequence 6 - Memory 4
2. Go to sofia and wait for cutscene to end
3. It will say to accept or decline mission: SELECT DECLINE
4. You will leave the mission and will see Ezio's hood is off.
